Streamlining and automating your business process can feel daunting. Here’s how we break the process down and support you through the implementation.

Step 1: Onboarding 

Workflow Mapping

We start the process with an onboarding questionnaire. The questionnaire covers an overview of what needs setting up. We'll then have a call to go through what your client experience is like and what you would like it to be. At the end of the call we'll have all of the information to make a list of everything we need to set up your Dubsado account.

Step 2: Share

Your Content

Following our Workflow Mapping call, we'll send over a content questionnaire so we can grab some more information from you that we'll need to set your account up.

Step 3: Set up commences

We start by adjusting the core settings of your account to ensure the branding is correct, along with your project statuses, tag, account details, packages and more.

Step 4: Design & Implementation

We'll then add in your emails, contracts, payment schedules and schedulers as well as design all of your forms and proposals.

Step 5: Testing & Presentation

Once we've completed added your content and created all of your Workflows, we'll test each one to see if it all works the way it should.

Once we've done the initial test, we'll present everything to you so you can have a play around with it yourself.

Step 6: Handover & Support

After everything has been signed off, we'll show you how everything works and let you start your new Dubsado life... But we'll still be around for 6 weeks to support you if you need it!

Answers to the most common questions

How much does the Dubsado system itself cost?

Will it be easy for my clients to use? I’m worried it will be too clunky.

Yes, it’s quite intuitive. You can use Dubsado to send clients emails, proposals, invoices, forms and more. All of them are customisable to match the needs of your clients.

Are you able to help me if I have questions or want to make changes afterwards?

Of course, I’m available to help you settle in to your account and if you want any changes / updates further down the line and you want us to do it for you, we can quote on a case by case basis.

Do I need a website to use Dubsado?

You don’t need a website to use Dubsado. In fact, you don’t even need a domain name. But we do recommend having a website to embed your Dubsado forms onto. If you’re not ready for a website but have a domain name, you can even map your domain name to your Dubsado account, which generally looks a little more professional.

I have a small (but perfectly formed) business - is this still suitable?

You sure can… Dubsado works well for large companies and small companies.

Can’t I just set this up myself?

You totally can set this up yourself if you really want to. Or you can hire a Dubsado Certified Specialist like me to do it for you. After all, if you want to do it right, there is a fair bit of work to be done.

How long does it take to set up?

This really depends on how many processes you have in your business but set ups typically take around 4 weeks if all of your content can be provided quite quickly.
